We are committed to the production of high-quality products.  We consistently strive to perfect our operations and take great effort to ensure that our customers will be satisfied with their purchases. In keeping with these goals, we feel it is important to inform and educate our customers about certain inherent product limitations, often due to raw material or the nature of the anodizing process.

Below you will find important information regarding some of our products.


Pop Rivets
You may occasionally find an inconsistency in color coverage from stem to head.  Due to the nature of the production process, at this time, we can only guarantee full color coverage at the head of the pop rivet.  We do not feel this should pose any undue concern since the stem itself is discarded.

Aluminum Sheets
We purchase our aluminum sheets in a raw state from a highly regarded supplier.  The manufacturing of raw aluminum sheets is such that only one side can be guaranteed to be scratch and blemish free.  As the anodizing process cannot remove scratches or blemishes present in the surface of the raw material, we are also able to guarantee only one side.

Color
Due to circumstances within the anodizing process, color variations exist due to material and variances in dye lots. We cannot guarantee exact color matches or promise that a color will remain consistent from dye lot to dye lot.  We are however committed to reproducing product as closely as possible.

These slight variations in color are often seen as a benefit to many of our customers who feel the “one of a kind” look can add to the appeal and personalized nature of their creations.

“Rack” Marks
Occasionally, you may notice a tiny bare spot present on your item.  This is called a rack mark and is the result of the manner in which we prepare some of our items for the anodize process.  We strive to minimize these rack marks whenever possible.
